The Earl Grey was brewed strong, the old man liked his tea strong a little bitter, with a little honey. The boy across the table, sat on a dictionary just see over the edge of table. The platinum blonde child looked like a miniature version of the ancient man seated across from him. The old man looked at the boy and asked how he liked the tea. The boy fumbled to take another sip and tried to grin to fast and a little tea dripped from his lips. He smiled a little more and the old man rumbled a low laugh, and the two of them shared some more tea. “Grandpa was tea always this good?” the boy asked. The old man’s eyes went wide as he looked over the edge of the table at the boy. “I really didn’t like tea until I was much older than you, and I never liked it as much as it looks like you do.” The old man said. In the past I was a little bored and decided to write a book. A couple different books actually. I ended up with some short, very short stories. A bit of a discombobulated mix of characters and scenes. Nothing more, not even close to a book. These posts are the original thoughts that were put to paper back then.
